Peter Cejas is a Legal Consultant to Bulltick and its affiliates, where he supports the firm’s leadership with strategic initiatives, cross-border legal issues, and investment and corporate matters.

Peter is also the Founder of Septima Advisory and a Partner at Macaluso LLP, where he provides strategic and legal counsel to companies, investors, and family offices. His work spans more than 27 years and encompasses corporate transactions, litigation strategy, and value-protection initiatives in challenging, regulated environments.

Previously, he served as Managing Director – LATAM at Eden Rock Group, overseeing the wind-down of more than $400M in distressed assets and working on major restructurings in Colombia and Mexico. Earlier roles include General Counsel at Bulltick and other financial companies, and attorney in the Investment Management Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Peter holds a BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, a JD from Golden Gate University, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
