Kristin DACEY

Kristin Dacey is part of the Private Market Team, where she heads the Real Estate division and acts as the Chief Investment Officer for Bulltick’s proprietary real estate funds. In her role, she is responsible for setting the strategy for Bulltick’s real estate investments, selecting and managing Bulltick’s Real Estate Services Team, which provides advisory services for Bulltick’s clients existing real estate portfolios, as well as building ad hoc US Real Estate Porfolios for clients.

Kristin has more than 20 years of experience in investments and asset management. She has been with Bulltick and its affiliates since 2016. Previously, she was Chief Investment Officer for an alternatives firm for three years and spent eight years with the private sector of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She received the Antonio Ortiz Mena Award, IDB’s highest recognition.

Kristin also worked for GE Capital for seven years. At GE, she began in a leadership program then held progressing roles in credit, portfolio management, and account management. She participated in the structuring, valuation, underwriting, negotiations and closings of real estate, equipment, cash flow and construction deals.

Kristin holds BS and BA degrees from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Arizona State and a master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
