Rita HERRERA

Rita Herrera is Bulltick’s Chief People Officer. She is responsible for people and culture organization and overseeing certain aspects of the firm’s human resources strategy. Additionally, she helps create the strategy and vision to help the company achieve its business goals and long-term success.

Rita also heads Family Governance at Bulltick, helping clients develop their long-term plans on family governance and succession planning. She joined Bulltick in 2019.

Previously, Rita worked as a consultant for Brooke Private Equity Advisors in Boston, MA where she focused on due diligence of private equity funds. Prior to that, she was responsible for investor management and business development at PE Investments, a global macro hedge fund, based in Weston, MA.

Rita received an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a BA in Business and German from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania. She has served on the boards of directors of a multinational corporation and nonprofit organizations.
