Define and communicate the investment strategy for Wealth Management clients internally and externally. Help clients define and build their long-term asset allocation with the help of qualitative and quantitative tools. Develop and improve quantitative models and tools to support investment idea generation and portfolio management. Build portfolio projections for capital allocation planning. Manage public markets discretionary portfolios that seek to generate better risk adjusted returns vs. the assigned benchmarks. Communicate with institutional buy side clients to discuss market outlook and investment strategy. Establish and manage relationships with asset managers and financial services providers as part of the search for investment opportunities. International travel 25% of time.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Must possess or able to obtain CFA Charter holder designation and FINRA Series 7 license. Must be fluent in Spanish to communicate with clients. Required skills: investment analysis, management of investments and risks, and Bloomberg workstation.

Apply quantitative financial modeling techniques to assess and optimize investment strategies. Utilize mathematical and statistical methods to evaluate risk for client portfolios. Develop and enhance forecasting models to improve strategic decision-making in investment portfolios. Provide strategic investment advice, asset allocation strategies, and portfolio management solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. Offer estate planning, tax optimization, and wealth preservation strategies in collaboration with financial, legal and tax professionals. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, risk assessment, and market research to guide investment decisions. Build, develop and manage long-term relationships with UHNW individuals and families from Latin America, understanding their unique financial goals and needs. Monitor client portfolios and market trends to proactively recommend adjustments in line with their changing financial objectives. Ensure full compliance with U.S. and international regulatory requirements governing cross-border wealth management. Work closely with internal and external partners, including legal, tax, and investment specialists, to deliver holistic financial solutions. Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry seminars to expand business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Domestic and international travel 40% of time.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a quantitative field with mathematics related coursework plus 7 years of progressively responsible experience with: wealth management, private banking, or a related field, with a focus on UHNW individuals and families with quantitative support for recommendations; investment products, financial instruments, estate planning, and tax-efficient wealth structuring; Latin American markets and regulatory environments affecting cross-border wealth management in the United States, Latin America and Europe; developing and executing customized financial plans and investment strategies; Bloomberg. Must possess or able to obtain CFA certification. Must be fluent in Spanish to communicate with clients.
